lots of us were thinking it would be ok to Director Rizzieri taking over from Greg Payne. We thought he was a nice guy who wouldn't stir the boat to much. That was until he made one of the better mechanics at Transit apologize for sending an e-mail to ABQ Ride employees about our last director. Rizzieri really screwed this mechanic by forcing him to apologize to the entire department and even payne himself.
City employees have rights and one of those is there 5th amendment right to free speech. If Rizzieri continues to act like an overloard and not a boss we can work with and respect, he should plan on us taking our complaints to Mayor Berry and the City Council.
We will not put up with another four years like the four we just had to go through!

Annette, Fred and the rest of them have more important things to do than waste their time on driver complaints and screwing around with "the help."
ReplyDeleteIt's a difficult task to accomplish because you guys make it too easy for disciplinary actionjs to be take.
How much skill does it take to drive a damn bus and drive it on time? Apparently much more than most of you have.
Lets talk of the "Union." Most of you fail miserably when it comes to procedure. If you have a problem, you take it to the supervisor.
ReplyDeleteIf the supervisor is the problem or you were disciplined and you disagree, you file a complaint with your union rep.
Unions are there to take care of you but they can't do it because you keep screwing up.
All they can do is make sure it does not get any worse.
Management cannot suspend ever driver in the pueblo here or the system will fail but they can't help it.
Many of you leave them no choice. You should not even bring up the names of top management here. Your union reps are the problem and they are the ones totalk with because you are failing to abide by the contract you hadf you reps agree on.
Who gives a shit what Rizzieri Paez and Gonzales are doing. You problems and solutions must come from a much lower level or different direction.

The FIFTH Amendment to the Constitution of the United States protects agains self-incrimination.
Maybe you meant to refer to the FIRST Amendment...you know...the one that guarantees FREE SPEECH!.

But, I suppose that if you didn't know which Amendment refers to what...I seriously doubt that you know who Abraham Lincoln was.
