This just in from our sources at City Hall: Transit is about to get a new Personnel Director. In the immortal words of Donald Trump - SELINDA GUERRERO - "You're fired!"
Seems that not only the previous Human Resources Director (Pat Miller) didn't like Ms. Guerrero but the new one (Eugene Moser) likes her even less and is taking to steps to either move her out of Transit or put someone else in charge of Personnel.
We're no fan of Guerrero. She plays favorites BIG TIME. Protecting people she likes (how often is her assistant out sick on FMLA on Fridays and Mondays???!!). Hiring her friends. Then sweeping her DWI arrest under the carpet. This move is long overdue.
SO LONG, SELINDA! YOU WILL NOT BE MISSED!!

ReplyDeleteEveryone knows Doreen Del Cruz and Danny Holcomb are providing Greg Payne with all these half truths and false information. We here Greg can't over the fact that he doesn't run this place anymore, and has the idea he may come back someday. we guess it must be pretty hard for a crook to get a job these days were he can use a bunch of dumb thugs to do his dirty work, because he has no balls to do it himself.

But looking back at Greg, oops I mean greg payne, and how much he has done but has gotten away with it because he was always there KISSING ASS! Im just glad he is gone, but I would still love to see his ASS go DOWN!!!

Selinda has screwed so many abqride employees, and the ones I know about have been for very petty or political resons. Does she have her COP with a revoked license? Rizzeiri and the city have known for at least 3 months her legal trouble and fraudulent P-30's. If Rizzeiri wants ABQride to be something he is proud of then he needs to clean middle managment like Selinda, Annette, Danny, and all the supervisors that got their jobs fraudulent AND ARE NOT QUALIFIED, like Fred Garcia, Shaun Gibson, David Ulabarri, Martin ?, Doug Smith, Richard Dubriel!

ReplyDeleteI would think twice about representing Ms. Guerrero, I know she has let things go on that were not supposed to happening and then tried to justify it. I also have two supervisors who witnessed the conversation and then she called another higher up on the situation she was trying to protect. I cannot divulge any details for fear of retaliation. I believe there are other people who are out there who have information on the wrong doings of Selinda.
