It appears there is more truth to this shenanigans thing than we thought. She is someone who like so many City employees get their positions in spite of lack of education or ability. Her only connection (and it is a big one) is that Greg Payne took her under his wing (sic) and put her there. She has absolutely no KSA's and that is a crying shame for all the people who have to work under and with her. Greg Payne, like Marty, left a legacy.
every one has haters, she has all of hers because she is doing good and you her haters arnt, come on people get a life! why would you spend all your time not hating some one when you can be out living your life come on man!! move on do something!!
It's not haters it's truth. If you get a job you're not qualified for and then go and screw up then you should be held accountable. That's the way it is. She got lucky (or a great pair of knee pads) and landed an amazing job and she took it for granted. Shame on her.
