We've done many posts on the difference between how management treats itself and how the people who do the actual work get treated. Here's another.
From what we're told Annette Paez (who holds the title of Operations Manager but can't seem to manage her self) was out "sick" for three days in May. Problem is, apparently NO P-30 was submitted so that time was't deducted from her sick balance.
No surprises there to anyone who's been around this department very long. Blue collar is watched like hawks and managers cover for each other. How else can you explain the HUNDREDS and THOUSANDS of hours of VACATION and SICK leave some of these clowns (ESPECIALLY THE ROAD SUPERVISORS) have in their buckets.
They call in sick. They go on vacation. BUT THEY DON'T TURN IN THE P-30, that's how!!!!
Looks like they're just following the boss's lead. Go out "sick". Don't turn in a P-30.

OH, WAIT. MOST OF US HAVE TO WORK ON THE 4TH BECAUSE THE CLOWNS IN CHARGE ARE once again SCREWING US OVER BECAUSE THEIR SO BUSY LOOKING OUT FOR THEMSELVES!!!
You need to be talking to George Schuh, your union rep. He is the one to blame for your holiday fiasco.

ReplyDeleteWhat proof do you have that Annette did not turn in a P-30? Only Supervisors or Finance handle them.
Not many people in finance to pick from.
Multiple drafts for the 4th? Here is a hint. The "Schuh" is on the other foot! You get what you pay for!
ReplyDeleteAll should educate themeselves on the draft and overtime, instead of throwing accusations and misinformation; actualy this is TRUE for ALL things at transit, even towards the ones that are the worst...i.e. Selinda, Annette, Dumbass Fred...
